THE STORY…
Baltimore is a culturally rich urban city, with a history that is laced with both grace and grit. In 2017, unwilling to succumb to Baltimore’s false perception, Dionne Joyner-Weems and her team created, #MyBmore.
The social media movement was wildly embraced and supported. For the first time, city residents, local and corporate business leaders, schools, churches and non-profits organizations were motivated and empowered to share Baltimore’s story.
BOLD RESULTS
We developed a citywide engagement campaign, which garnered millions of media impressions and more than 250K+ positive images across social media platforms (in less than two years).
#MyBmore is still being used today, and it serves as a symbol of pride for locals, as well as a behind-the-scenes peek of the “Baltimore the world is missing!”
